to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist with daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, employee engagement, and general HR operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to the HR practices in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
(sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates).
Support in
new employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update
employee records
, attendance, and HR databases.
Help in
drafting HR letters, offers, and notices.
Coordinate
employee engagement activities
and internal communications.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, and working hours.
Assist in
HR audits, performance tracking
, and reporting.
Handle queries from employees and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed
MBA / PGDM / BBA / MHRM
in Human Resources or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Eager to learn and take initiative.
Prior internship experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
