Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Review resumes and shortlist profiles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure smooth logistics.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS or Excel sheets.
Job Postings: Draft and publish job descriptions across platforms.
Candidate Engagement: Follow up with candidates, share feedback, and ensure a positive experience.
Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment metrics and weekly dashboards.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Learning Outcomes
