Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

HR Intern ( internship Cum Full Time )

who is eager to learn and contribute to both HR and operational functions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to core HR practices while supporting day-to-day business operations. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events Coordinate with vendors and support operational logistics Assist in drafting HR policies, memos, and internal communications Provide administrative support across HR and operations teams Participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) A positive attitude and willingness to learn Prior internship or project experience in HR/operations is a plus
