Job Summary

As an

HR Intern

, you will play a key role in establishing our new team for existing business and new lines of business in Bangalore. This high-impact opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while applying your academic knowledge in a real-world setting. You'll work closely with the founders to build processes, attract talent, and shape the company culture from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

: Assist in attracting and selecting potential candidates for various positions.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

: Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

HR Operations & Compliance

: Help in maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

: Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing

degree in HR

(1st or 2nd year) from a recognized university. Strong interest in

recruitment

talent management

, and

HR analytics

. Excellent

communication

(verbal & written) and

stakeholder management

skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and

Google Sheets

(including functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and

PowerPoint
