Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the end-to-end

recruitment process

including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Support

onboarding activities

for new employees and interns. Maintain and update

employee records

in HR databases. Assist in organizing

employee engagement initiatives

and events. Provide support in drafting HR documents, policies, and communications. Coordinate with teams to support

HR operations and compliance activities

. Work on assigned HR-related projects and contribute with fresh ideas.

Qualifications & Skills:



Pursuing or completed

MBA/PGDM in HR

or equivalent (fresh graduates also welcome). Strong interest in

Human Resources, Recruitment, and People Management

. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Quick learner, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
