Post job advertisements on various job platforms and social media.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Assist with pre-employment processes, such as background checks.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Support the onboarding of new employees by assisting with orientation sessions and paperwork.
Help with the offboarding process for employees leaving the company.
Employee Records & Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide administrative support, such as filing documents and managing HR correspondence.
Employee Engagement & Events:
Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
Help coordinate and organize events for staff.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in collecting and verifying data for payroll and benefits administration.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
HR Projects:
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and workflows.
Contribute creative insights to projects and help gather employee feedback through surveys.
