What You'll Do:
Source potential candidates on LinkedIn based on job descriptions and role requirements
Create and send personalized messages to engage with candidates
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles
Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups
Work with the HR team to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
Track responses and update candidate data in recruitment tools or spreadsheets
Support employer branding initiatives by sharing job openings and content on social media
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong communication skills, especially in written messaging
Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
Good research and analytical skills to identify suitable candidates
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
Previous experience with sourcing or recruitment is a plus but not mandatory
