Eligibility:

MBA in HR (Fresher) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain

Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordination) Schedule and coordinate walk-in interviews Maintain candidate database and records Support HR team in daily activities and documentation Engage in employee onboarding and induction activities

Requirements:

Fresh MBA HR graduate Available for immediate joining Willing to work from office (walk-in interview process) Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented

Stipend:

Based on interview performance and prior experience (if any)

Future Opportunity:

Based on performance, candidates may be offered a full-time role after 3-6 months.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
