Coordinate with facility/housekeeping vendors to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and a fully functional workspace.
Monitor office supplies, procurements, and service providers to ensure no disruptions.
Own all admin activities, including housekeeping coordination, pantry, stationery, repairs/maintenance (AC, furniture, equipment, etc.)*.
HR & People Operations
Manage employee documentation, HRMS, payroll processing, payslip generation, and statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT, etc.)*. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs.
Support disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and performance management.
Vendor & Client Coordination
Manage vendor & client onboarding, relationships, and contracts.
Oversee and record invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
Follow up with clients for payments and contractual obligations.
Finance & Expense Management
Handle payroll processes end-to-end with accuracy and timeliness.
Manage expense tracking, approvals, and petty cash handling.
Support the accounting & finance team with invoice collection, vendor bills, reconciliations, and expense documentation.
