Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
₹ Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and assisting with orientation sessions.
₹ Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
₹ Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
₹ Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and internal communications.
₹ Support learning and development initiatives, including tracking training attendance and feedback.
₹ Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy updates.
₹ Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications:
₹ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
₹ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
₹ High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
₹ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
₹ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
