Role Overview
We are looking for an
HR Intern
to support our
finance-driven HR operations
, including recruitment, employee onboarding, compliance, and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn
HR processes in a regulated fintech environment

Key Responsibilities
Assist in
recruitment
: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers.
Support
onboarding
and documentation for new employees.
Maintain HR records and compliance-related employee data.
Help with HR operations such as attendance, leave tracking, and performance review support.
Help in organizing
employee engagement activities
.
Work on employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, career page updates).
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation
BBA/ MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for
people operations and startup culture
.
Proficiency in MS Office.
