Responsibilities of the Intern:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Handle day-to-day HR operations, including leave tracking and employee queries
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events
Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
Support performance evaluation and feedback processes
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and HR support
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong command of English (additional languages are a bonus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
