Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
Help organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires
Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws
Help with payroll data entry and timesheet tracking (if applicable)
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interest in human resources and organizational development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
A passion for travel and working in a customer-centric environment is a plus
