Role Overview:

We are offering a 3-month HR Internship in Bangalore for candidates eager to learn the recruitment process and HR operations. The intern will assist the HR team in managing recruitment, screening, scheduling interviews, and other HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process including job postings and candidate sourcing Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administration Maintain and update HR databases and records Support other HR-related activities as needed
Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Keen interest to learn and grow in HR field
