An HR recruiter finds and hires people for a company's job openings. They design recruitment plans, advertise job openings, and interview applicants. Responsibilities
Create recruitment plans: Design strategies to find candidates for job openings
Source candidates: Use job sites, social media, career fairs, and other methods to find potential candidates
Screen resumes: Review applications to determine which candidates to interview
Interview applicants: Ask questions to evaluate candidates for the job
Negotiate job offers: Discuss compensation and benefits with candidates
Track hiring metrics: Maintain records of the recruitment
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
