Responsible for talent landscape and market intelligence on demand.
Represents recruitment in project governance calls, responsible for base-lining JDs with hiring managers, sourcing strategy, broadcasting to channels, managing screening, scheduling, assessment, offer coordination, referral drives and focus connects, candidate relationship management and risk assessment.
Accountable for balancing sourcing channel mix, lead time, diversity and costs. Will have secondary goals on some positions for database mining, sourcing.
Building an eco-system of suppliers strategically; owning and designing/executing digital branding strategy; Referral programs; sourcing spends; direct sourcing accountabilities for hardest / escalated positions; guidance to Aligned sourcers; consultation to business and running specific hiring programs end-to-end basis request of TA BAMs and approval of the TA Lead.
Must have excellent Communication skills.
HR functions: talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, and worker safety. The different areas of HR have a lot of crossover between different HR duties and other departments
