We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. You will support various HR functions such as recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate new hire onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in drafting HR letters, reports, and policies.
Support payroll and attendance tracking tasks as needed.
Help in performance appraisal and feedback collection processes.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
