Help screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and communicate with candidates about interview schedules and follow-ups.
Create and update job postings on various platforms
Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source candidates.
Conduct initial candidate outreach via email, phone, or LinkedIn.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure interviewers have necessary materials and information.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and internal HR databases.
Organize candidate information and recruitment metrics for reporting.
Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents.
Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with HR policies.
