As an HR Intern, you will play a pivotal role in managing our growing team and creating a positive work environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
? Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process.
? Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
? Handling employee inquiries and concerns.
? Assisting in performance management and appraisal processes.
Requirements:
? Qualification - Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, MBA or related fields).
? Strong organizational and administrative skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Detail-oriented and highly organized.
? Adaptability to the dynamic nature of the organization.
