Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help coordinate HR initiatives, events, and employee engagement activities
Assist in drafting HR documents, letters, and reports
Conduct basic research on HR trends and best practices
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
