We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources department in daily HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance while working closely with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
Assist in drafting HR documents, offer letters, and reports
Coordinate employee engagement and training activities
Help manage attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs
Support HR policies and compliance-related tasks
Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities
Eligibility Criteria:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Basic understanding of HR concepts and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email communication
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
