We are looking for enthusiastic

HR Interns

to join our team and learn practical HR operations in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist HR team in

recruitment process

(job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Coordinate with candidates and support the onboarding process. Maintain and update

employee records & HR databases

. Help in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation. Support in

employee engagement activities

and training programs. Assist in day-to-day HR operations.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English). Basic knowledge of

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Eager to learn and grow in

HR & Operations field

.

Qualification:

Pursuing or recently completed

MBA/PGDM/BBA/HR specialization

. Freshers / final year students can apply.
