Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for field sales and tele-sales roles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Support HR team in onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and business teams.
Ensure smooth communication with candidates and internal teams.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in HR and recruitment processes.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative team environment.
High energy, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
