We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic

HR Interns

to join our team for the

IndiaMART process in Ambala City

. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical exposure in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. If you are passionate about building a career in HR and eager to learn the ropes in a fast-paced sales & operations environment, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for field sales and tele-sales roles. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers. Support HR team in onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation. Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations. Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and business teams. Ensure smooth communication with candidates and internal teams.
Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest in HR and recruitment processes. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative team environment. High energy, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

3 to 6 Months (Performance-based PPO opportunity for successful interns).
