to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, reporting, and employee engagement activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Help with HR documentation, letters, and policy-related tasks.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic email communication.
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
Attention to detail and awareness of confidentiality.
