Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports. Follow up with candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding. Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms. Support employee engagement activities and HR documentation. Participate in career fairs, job drives, and recruitment events (as required).

Requirements

Pursuing or completed

Graduation / Post-Graduation

in HR, Management, or related field. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Basic knowledge of recruitment tools like

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed

etc. Ability to multitask and perform in a

fast-paced environment

. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,902.52 per month
