Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
Assist in HR operations, attendance, and compliance tasks.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities.
Draft HR communications, emails, and internal notices.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Positive attitude and professional conduct.
