About role -
We are seeking enthusiast and motivated individuals to join our HR team as interns. This internship offers hands-on experience in core HR functions and is an excellent opportunity for undergraduates or freshers to gain exposure in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Assist in recruitment activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding and induction on processes for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Learn and contribute to HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
Qualifications -
Undergraduate student or fresher (any stream, preference for HR/Management background).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
