HR Intern

to support our recruitment operations and help us bring top talent into the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (doctors, nurses, technicians, admin staff, etc.) Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers Perform ad-hoc HR tasks as needed

Requirements:

Fresher/Pursuing/completed degree Interest in healthcare and understanding of roles within hospitals and medical institutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and applicant tracking tools is a plus Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
