JOB BRIEF:
To assist the HR department with recruitment, engagement, documentation, and daily operations while gaining practical exposure to HR functions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Assist in hiring processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Support in onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain and update HR records, employee database, and documentation.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and employee communication.
Support HR team in employee engagement activities and event coordination.
Help in preparing reports related to recruitment, attendance, and performance.
Learn and assist in handling employee grievances under supervision.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn HR policies and compliance
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Comfortable in both written and spoken English and Hindi
Team player with a proactive attitude
Willingness to learn and take initiative
