The HR Intern will assist the HR team with basic recruitment, onboarding , employee records, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings and help screen resumes
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Assist with onboarding and preparing documents
Maintain employee files and HR records
Support HR events and engagement activities
Help with daily HR tasks as needed
Skills Required
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Organized and willing to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Education
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR or related field
