Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports, letters, and documentation.
Participate in HR projects related to policy development, diversity & inclusion, and process improvement.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
