Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Manage job postings across portals and social platforms
Help with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee databases
Coordinate with team leads on attendance, feedback, and HR reports
Handle basic HR administration and policy compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or pursuing) in HR, Management, or related field
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.)
Good with Google Sheets / Excel and documentation
Eager to learn HR processes and people management
