About the Role



We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Healthcare Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with healthcare professionals for various roles. This position requires strong communication skills, a learning mindset, and the ability to handle recruitment calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions (nurses, doctors, paramedical staff, etc.).

Make recruitment calls using existing candidate databases and update information accordingly.

Source and screen candidates through job portals and internal databases.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal teams.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Support HR team in other hiring and onboarding activities as needed.

Requirements:

MBA in HR or Healthcare Management (students or recent graduates preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong interest in healthcare recruitment and HR processes.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to join immediately

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
