Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will:
Assist in
sourcing & screening candidates
through various job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Coordinate and schedule
interviews
between candidates and hiring managers.
Support in
day-to-day HR operations
including documentation, onboarding, and database management.
Contribute to
employee engagement activities
, events, and internal communication initiatives.
Assist in
HR administration tasks
like maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling queries.
Provide support to the HR team in various ongoing projects and ad-hoc tasks.
