Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds with applicants.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Support HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Requirements
Must be pursuing graduation
(any stream, with interest in HR/Recruitment).
Minimum 6 months of prior experience
in recruitment or HR internship.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
