Manage, update, and clean existing candidate and recruitment databases
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal protocols
Scout and identify potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and internal sources
Conduct preliminary screening and maintain candidate pipelines for open positions
Draft, edit, and finalize s (JDs) based on discussions with the HR team and hiring managers
Use a variety of sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.) to discover, approach, and attract qualified candidates
