This is a full-time, 6-month internship opportunity for individuals passionate about Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will support core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and operations. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end HR processes, while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social platforms
Screen and schedule candidates for roles across telesales, customer service, digital marketing, and operations
Support day-to-day HR operations including documentation, onboarding, and employee records
Assist in grievance handling, employee engagement activities, and performance tracking
Participate in exit formalities and prepare related documentation
Maintain trackers and contribute to HR reports
