About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources department. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management (if applicable)
Support day-to-day administrative HR tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred)
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
A keen interest in building a career in HR
