Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive

HR Intern

to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of HR including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers Support onboarding and documentation for new employees Maintain HR records and employee data in databases Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and team events Draft HR communications, announcements, and internal documents Conduct basic research and help with HR analytics and reports Support day-to-day operations of the HR department

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Good organizational and time management abilities High level of discretion and attention to detail Enthusiastic about learning and working in a fast-paced environment
