About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Intern

to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms Screen resumes and schedule interviews Support the onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain and update employee records Assist with organizing company events and employee engagement activities Support HR projects and initiatives Handle general administrative tasks and support the HR team in daily operations

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment

Preferred Skills (Not mandatory):

Familiarity with HRIS or ATS software Prior internship or experience in HR or administration
