Learn attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Learn conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Help Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Learn to conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Learn assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Help Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Learn how to monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Learn provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
HR Intern Requirements:
A Bachelor's/MBA degree in Human Resources.
The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Willingness to learn recruitment processes and to work on databases.
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
