Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements.
Draft and post job advertisements on job portals & social media.
Assist in preparing HR reports, attendance, and documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Handle basic HR administrative tasks as assigned.
