Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Support HR functions such as performance management, employee engagement, and training & development initiatives.
Coordinate intern hiring campaigns and help manage internship programs.
Help plan and organise team events, workshops, and recognition programs.
Assist in drafting HR documents, letters, and reports.
Ensure HR data is maintained with accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workplace requirements.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and people management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Google Workspace) is a plus.
