We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in preparing HR letters and documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)
Help organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Support attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination
Handle general HR administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Basic understanding of HR concepts and processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?7,000.00 per month
