About the Internship Role
We are looking for a
proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern
who will support
HR operations, executive assistance, office coordination, and basic accounting activities
. This role provides practical exposure to leadership, HR processes, and day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the CEO/Director with scheduling, meeting coordination, and official communication
Prepare presentations, reports, and professional emails
Attend meetings, record minutes, and track follow-up actions
Support end-to-end recruitment including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR documentation
Assist in HR policy implementation, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities
Coordinate internal events such as birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations
Handle basic accounting-related tasks such as data entry, expense tracking, invoice coordination, and record maintenance
Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts team when required
Manage office documentation, filing, printing, scanning, and vendor coordination
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and cross-department coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (HR / Business Administration / Commerce preferred)
Fresher to 1 year of experience (internship exposure is a plus)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office
Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage
Experience or familiarity with Tally will be a plus
Professional attitude, confidentiality, and willingness to learn
Preferred (Good to Have)
Exposure to HRMS tools such as Odoo, Zoho, or similar systems
Experience or interest in digital marketing or IT industry
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
