We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will work closely with our HR professionals to support day-to-day processes and contribute to key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking (as applicable)
Participate in employee engagement activities and internal events
Support HR documentation, policy updates, and compliance tasks
Conduct research on HR trends, tools, and best practices
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
