About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle -- from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to onboarding the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles.
? Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
? Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate further rounds.
? Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. ? Schedule and follow up on interview feedback promptly.
? Maintain candidate data and track hiring status in HR systems.
? Assist with onboarding formalities and joining documentation.
? Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
? Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives when required.
Requirements:
? Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
? Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
? Positive attitude, strong follow-up, and result-driven mindset.
