Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
for various roles.
Schedule and coordinate
interviews and follow-ups
with candidates and interviewers.
Support the
onboarding and induction
process for new hires.
Help maintain and update
employee records and HR databases

Assist in drafting
HR documents
, such as offer letters, experience letters, and policies.
Contribute to
employee engagement activities
and internal communications.
Help ensure
HR compliance
by organizing and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in
HR, Business Administration, or a related field
.
Strong verbal and written
communication skills
.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
