Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Help in onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date
Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities
Assist in updating HR databases, reports, and documentation
Support in drafting HR policies and communication
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team
