Employment Type: Internship (Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern who will assist the HR department in daily operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. This internship provides practical exposure to HR functions and an opportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees

Maintain and update employee records and databases

Help in employee engagement initiatives and HR events

Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day activities

Key Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace

Strong organizational skills

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Management, or related field

Freshers are welcome to apply
